A branded gift box or hamper sent direct to a recipient’s home address is a great way to do it, especially right now, when we can’t meet face to face. A gift received at home has the added value element of surprise and after all, who doesn’t like to receive a gift!

We’ve been sending out gift boxes on behalf of our clients throughout the UK and worldwide, maximising engagement and improving connections at all levels.

You can include whatever you like in your packs, the most common branded items we find are:

• Mug, teabags, snacks and event support materials
• Seasonal gifts such as Easter eggs

You can add course content or corporate literature too, encouraging your recipients to give you a little of their time by giving them the means, such as by providing them with a cup of tea… branded of course. After all, ‘there’s plenty of tea in team’!

We work to your budget and your timings, using our expertise to be able to advise you accordingly from start to finish.

But is it GDPR compliant? Yes, we’ll need recipients’ addresses, which we’ll store securely for the duration of the project and we’ll then delete all of the data. Here’s a nice example of a note that could be included too:

“Your address has been shared with Mindvision, a third party supplier, who we have worked with to send this gift to you. Your information will be deleted after the gift has been delivered and your details will not be used for any other purpose.”

Depending on what we’re sending and where, we use mainly Fedex/TNT and sometimes Royal Mail. International deliveries may vary but we only ever use reputable couriers to handle your consignments.

Remember, you can choose bespoke contents from our vast range of branded corporate gifts. Unbranded is fine too, if it would be too much to have your logo on everything and you can also include a printed card or any other literature that gives purpose to the gift sent.
